Fleetweld 5P (E6010) — can be used for welding on dirty, rusty, greasy or even painted steel surfaces that are difficult to clean. |
Fleetweld 5P+ (E6010) — is analogous to Fleetweld 5P, but offers improved welding properties for quick arc striking, easier slag removal, and improved bead appearance. |
Shield–Arc 85 (E7010–A1) — is an all–position stick electrode for vertical down and vertical up welding |
Shield–Arc HYP+ (E7010–P1) — was developed for vertical down welding on X52 to X56 pipe.
Shield–Arc 70+ (E8010–G) — provides for easy vertical down welding on pipe from X56 to X70 with steels containing up to 0.3% silicon. |
Shield–Arc 80 (E8010–G) — is analogous to Shield Arc 70+ but provides for higher impact strength. |
Shield–Arc 90 (E9010–G) — is analogous to Shield–Arc 80 but features the higher strength required for X80 pipe. |
| Basic Electrodes |
Lincoln 16P (7016) — is designed for root, fill and cap passes in pipeline welding with pipe strength up to 55 kg/mm2 (539N/mm2) and for root pass only with pipe strength up to 60 kg/mm2 (588N/mm2). This electrode may be used with direct current with both straight and reverse polarity, as well as with alternating current. |
Lincoln 18P (8018) — is intended for fill and cap passes in pipeline welding with pipe steels GOST Types The electrode may be used with direct current in both straight and reverse (predominantly) polarity, as well as with alternating current. |
Jetweld LH–70 (E7018) — is a general–purpose electrode for welding in all positions. It provides for easy slag removal, high deposit rate, and superior resistance to weld cracking. |
Jet–LH 78 MR (E7018) — provides for high tensile strength after thermal tempering.
LH–D Series – These electrodes can be used for any vertical down welding application where low–hydrogen weld metal is required. LH–D80 (E8018–G) — pipe grades up to and including API 5L Grade X70 LH–D90 (E9018–G) — pipe grades up to and including API 5L Grade X80 LH–D100 (E10018–G) — recommended for API 5L Grade X80 where higher strength pipe is required.
