Flux + Wire Systems

Lincolnweld L–70 with Lincolnweld 860 — is a combination of
Lincolnweld L–70 wire and agglomerated Lincolnweld 860 flux, intended for welding carbon and low alloy steels.

The wire contains:

• 0.5% molybdenum,
• 0.65 — 1.0% manganese,
• 0.05 — 0.15% carbon,
• 0.2% silicon,
• 0.025% sulphur,
• 0.025% phosphorus,
• and 0.35% copper.

Weld deposit tensile strength is 482 MPa (70ksi) after being stress relieved.
