A combination of Lincoln Electric welding power sources and accessories with FANUC robots has been developed to fulfil the automation needs of the industry. These robots consistently deliver high–quality welds.

Among the systems in regular production, several robot welding systems should be mentioned:

• ARC MATE 50iL — 3 kg (7lbs) load capacity, six axes, 856 mm (33.7") reach, 320^o;
• ARC MATE 100i — 6 kg (13.2lbs) load capacity, six axes, 1368 mm (53.8") reach, 360^o;
• ARC MATE 120iLT — 10 kg (22lbs) load capacity, six axes (one linear, five rotary), 1605 mm (63.2") reach, in 2.7 and 6.7 m travel lengths;
• ARC MATE 120iL — 10 kg (22lbs) load capacity, six axes, 1813 mm (71.4") reach, 330^o;
• ARC MATE S–500 — 15 kg (33lbs) load capacity, six axes, 2739 mm (107.8") reach, 300^o;

Other automation components are available such as robotic cells. Cells can also be developed to the customer's requirements.
